The Principal works directly with parents, students, teachers, school personnel and community representatives to develop annual academic and financial plans. Ala Wai's School Community Council is an elected advisory board that develops and reviews new school policies, focuses on student achievement, and participates in the evaluation and selection of the school's principal.
